Superfood Egg salad

Eggs are a superfood!  They are packed with zinc, sulphur, b vitamins, and many other essential micronutrients. Eggs are the standard for biological value of protein with score of 100.  Biological Value (BV) is a measurement of the amount of protein retained in the human body per gram of protein absorbed. The higher the biological value of a given food or supplement, the greater the retention of its constituent protein. 

Ingredients:
Boiled eggs
Olive oil
Salt n pepper
Chili powder
Apple cider Vinegar
Turmeric
Diced Garlic
Oregano








Peel the eggs.  A good strategy is to cut them in half and scoop each half out with a spoon.















Add olive oil, salt, pepper,chili powder, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, diced garlic, and oregano.















Mix and mash everything together!















The finished product, adjust ingredients as needed. This makes a great side dish, salad topping, can be wrapped in greens or cabbage and made into rolls.  Add raw cheese, vegetables, or other ingredients if you like.
