RAW BOK CHOY CITRUS SALAD

Bok Choy is known to make a delicious stir-fry. Many do not consider it a salad worthy vegetable.  However; Bok Choy can produce a tasty salad if done right.  Try this Bok Choy salad with a citrus twist.  Bok Choy is loaded with Chlorophyll which builds the blood and alleviates body odors.  It is also a cruciferous vegetable.  Cruciferous vegetables have been found to reduce cancer risk.


Ingredients: 
Bok choy
Onions
Orange pepper
Orange
Lemon
Garlic
Ginger
Parsley
Raw walnuts
Extra virgen olive oil
Pink salt and pepper
Apple cider vinegar
Lemon zest (only with organic lemons)


















Start by making the base of the salad. This will consist of parsley, garlic, orange, lemon, salt and pepper, vinegar, olive oil.












Then add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy fresh.
